Today we did the Timed Challenge workout (the same one we started with the first day of boot camp). Max. reps during 1 min. of wall ball, box jump, pushups. pullups and situps for 3 rounds. Most everyone improved their times and/or the weight they were using in just 5 weeks!
Jerri went through about 10 minutes of kipping pullup drills this morning just to get the "moves" down. I told her I wanted her to get her first kipping pullups by Turkey Day. So, she did the boot camp workout, went over to the pullup bars and cranked out her first kipping pullups TODAY!!!!!!!!! You rock Jerri. Congratulations. That is what this is all about.

Part of today's workout called "Annie R U Ok?" involved rowing for calories. Everyone decided AGAIN that they hated burpees, and that Annie definately WASN'T Ok.

Alisha and Steph have impecable form while holding in plank position. Their poor partners had to perform a lower body exercise until until they just couldn't hold it anymore.

Then we had to try "reverse" wall ball just for fun (well, for extreme core and tricep work) as well.

Yesterday we did body rows using rings, a TRX suspension system and USG ladders. So many toys, so much fun!
